What We Install & Repair

Clean installs. Nothing left for you to fix later.

Fixture replacements, water heater work, and water line repairs are exactly the jobs we want, and we take on new construction plumbing too.

The Honest Version

What actually matters on a fixture or water line job

Anybody can bolt a toilet to a floor. The difference shows up two years later — whether the flange was in good shape, whether the shutoff was replaced while it was easy to reach, whether the supply line is braided steel or the cheap plastic one that came in the box.

Toilet installation in Pensacola

We take the old unit out, look at the flange and subfloor before setting anything new, and use a fresh wax ring and new closet bolts every time. If the floor around the flange is soft — which happens a lot on older Pensacola-area homes with slow weeping leaks — we'll show you and give you the repair option before we set the new toilet on top of a problem.

Supplying your own toilet is usually the cheapest route. Just check the rough-in measurement (usually 12 inches from the wall to the center of the bolts) before you buy, and we'll quote the install upfront before any work begins.

Water line repair and replacement

Water line trouble rarely announces itself. The signs homeowners notice first:

We locate it, tell you whether it's a spot repair or a line that needs replacing, and quote you on both when both are honestly options. We're not going to sell you a repipe for a pinhole.

New construction is welcome

We're residential-focused, and new construction plumbing is work we want — rough-in through trim-out, fixtures set clean and to code. If you're a builder or a homeowner putting up something new on the Gulf Coast, call and let's talk through the scope.

What we don't do

Two things, so nobody wastes a phone call:

Everything else on the residential side — fixtures, toilets, faucets, water heaters, water lines, drains, and new construction plumbing — is exactly the work we're after.

No hot water, or want the drains looked at while we're there? See water heater repair & replacement and drain cleaning & repair.

Questions Homeowners Actually Ask

Straight answers

How much does toilet installation cost in Pensacola?

It depends on the toilet, the condition of the flange and shutoff, and how easy the bathroom is to work in. We look at it and give you an upfront quote before any work begins, and that's the number. Supplying your own toilet is usually the cheaper route.

Should I buy my own toilet and faucet, or have you supply them?

Either works. Buying your own is usually the cheaper route — you pick the model you want and pay retail instead of a markup. Two things to check: the rough-in measurement, typically 12 inches from wall to bolt center, and that the box has all its hardware. Keep the receipt in case something's missing or cracked.

Do you do new construction plumbing?

Yes. We're residential-focused, and new construction plumbing is work we welcome. Fixture replacements, water heater work, and water line repairs are our core services, so if that's what you've got, it's exactly the work we want.

How do I know if I have a water line leak?

The usual tells: a water bill that jumped with no change in habits, a soft or always-wet spot in the yard, low pressure throughout the whole house rather than at one fixture, or the meter dial still moving when every fixture is off. If you see those, shut off the main and call us at 448-204-9764. We'll figure out whether it's a spot repair or a line replacement and quote you honestly on both.

Is there any plumbing work you don't do?

Two things: we do not install grinder pumps and we do not install septic tanks. Everything else on the residential side — fixtures, toilets, faucets, water heaters, water lines, drains, and new construction plumbing — is work we want.

What are your hours, and do weekend calls cost more?

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. Weekend and after-hours visits may carry an additional charge — every price is quoted upfront before work begins. We also take 10% off for military members, nurses, and teachers.
